No, you supply the spirits - we handle everything behind the bar: setup, service, and a spotless cleanup. This keeps your cost down and lets you buy exactly what you and your guests like.
We can create a custom list based on your guest count and drinking preferences. This will include mixers, garnishes, ice, and cups.
Yes, this is important for your guests who do not drink.
Yes, many clients love a "his & hers" or themed signature drink.
Yes, when we have our consultation, we will establish the cost.
Yes, all of our bartenders are TABC- and Food Handler-certified.
Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service and cut off intoxicated guests; explain that responsible service is part of the job.
A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Plans change — here's how cancellations are handled:
- 30+ days before: retainer is forfeited; any additional payments are refunded in full.
- 14–29 days before: retainer is forfeited, plus 50% of the remaining balance.
- Within 14 days or no-show: the full amount is non-refundable.
Need to move your date instead? We allow one free reschedule when requested at least 30 days out, subject to availability, and your retainer carries over. Disruptions beyond anyone's control (severe weather, venue closures) are handled case by case — usually a reschedule. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full terms are in your booking agreement.
